Lanka Financial Services Bureau Ltd (LFSBL) successfully hosted a Business and Technical Forum on June 12, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the Union Ballroom, Hilton Residence, Colombo 02. The event brought together representations from all local banks to discuss key industry advancements and solutions related to ISO 20022 migration.
The forum was graced by Mr. Ramesh Jayasekara, Director/CEO of Seylan Bank PLC and Chairman of LFSBL, who actively participated in the discussions, emphasizing the significance of a smooth transition to ISO 20022 for Sri Lanka’s financial sector.
LFSBL partnered with Birchford Technologies as the exclusive partner for this event. The discussions focused on ISO 20022 migration support, available services, and solutions to assist financial institutions in transitioning to the new messaging standard. LFSBL also presented insights into its connectivity and messaging infrastructure, highlighting the critical role it plays in ensuring seamless and secure financial messaging for banks in Sri Lanka.
